Me and my best friends Onil and Kate decided to have a mini reunion for this trip around February last year, It was after nursing school since we last saw each other. It was so great to see and hang out with them again after all these years. I'm from LA, Kate is from Toronto and Onil lives in London, we stayed at his place and he showed us around the city. London was such a great city, I love how the architectures was well preserved, it was clean and I felt safe walking around. I don't do public transport much here in LA but their transport system was easy to get used to (I'll still probably get lost tho). We went to different tourist places around and I enjoy every single one of it, we hit up London Eye, Elizabeth Tower, Trafalgar Square, Tower Bridge, British Museum, Stonehenge and so on, almost everything was picture perfect, it was cool to see those red buses and phone booths as well. We also met up with some of our batch mates who lives there and reminisce about our college days over dinner. It was also fortunate that there was a photo meet hosted by @uk.shooters around the time I was there so we went and check it out as well, It was a little different from LA but vibes and creativity was there and it was a great experience.
We also spent three days in Paris, the idea of the city was so beautiful and romantic as portrayed in the movies but some places was the other way around, some areas wasn't kept clean, it gets crowded, people are loud and so on. I would say you have to go and experience it, but all in all I still enjoyed it and we got some amazing pictures around the city as well. We visited The Louvre, Notre-Dame de Paris, Arc de Triomphe, Palace of Versailles, Sainte-Chapelle, and of course the amazing Eiffel Tower. I cant wait to go back for another Euro trip this May! Check out the photos below.
